Bitfinity Wallet is a crypto wallet browser extension and authentication provider for the Internet Computer network. Bitfinity Wallet allows users to interact with, and operate their account balance on, the Internet Computer network.

1. Disclaimer​

Bitfinity Wallet is provided “as is”. Except to the extent prohibited by applicable laws and regulations, Astari Ltd (“we” or “our”), our affiliates, licensors, and all related entities: (a) make no representation or warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, regarding Bitfinity Wallet; and (b) disclaim all conditions, warranties and other terms including any implied or express warranties: (i) of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or quiet enjoyment; (ii) arising out of any course of dealing or usage of trade; and/or (iii) that Bitfinity Wallet will be uninterrupted, error free or free of harmful components.

2. Risk​

Bitfinity Wallet has been developed through community collaboration, as well as open technologies and protocols, and as such, we recommend users review all associated documentation in order to gain an understanding of its functioning and related risks. In particular, Bitfinity Wallet interacts with the Internet Computer network, which is an emerging technology. Bitfinity Wallet is subject to increased risk through your potential misuse of things such as public/private key cryptography. By using Bitfinity Wallet you explicitly acknowledge and accept these heightened risks.

3. Liability​

(a) Nothing contained herein shall exclude or limit our liability for losses which may not be lawfully excluded or limited by applicable laws and regulations. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. (b) Subject to paragraph 3(a), we shall not be liable to you for any: (i) loss of: (A) profit; (B) goodwill; (C) opportunity; or (D) data suffered by you, (in each case whether direct or indirect), (ii) indirect or consequential losses which may be incurred by you; or (iii) loss or damage which may be incurred as a result of: (A) your inability to use Bitfinity Wallet including but not limited to loss or damage arising from the compromise or loss of your login credentials or funds; (B) the loss of, or inability to restore, access from any backup; (C) any mistake, omission, interruption, delay, defect and/or error in the transmission of transactions or messages to the Internet Computer network; or (D) the failure of any message to send or be received by the intended recipient in the intended form, or for diminution of value of a digital token or digital asset on the Internet Computer network. (c) Subject to paragraphs 3(a) and 3(b), our total aggregate liability to you, whether based on an action or claim in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise arising out of, or in relation to, Bitfinity Wallet will be limited to GBP 100.00. You acknowledge that your use of Bitfinity Wallet is at your own discretion and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to modify this disclaimer at any time at our sole discretion.
